Abstract:
The authors of this paper discuss the key points of the new Law on inclusive education in France. They essentially focus their analysis on radical transformations that this law imposes in the schooling system regarding the education of children with disabilities. They also tend todiscuss the effects of the new educational policy on children with special educational needs and their families. Additionally, they present the system of support that is implemented within French school settings in order to facilitate the integration of children with various forms of disabilities.
